Q: Can I return the item if it doesn't work for me?

Yes. You will receive a 15-Day Money Back Guarantee. Please make sure the product is shipped back in the original packaging including all tags. Failure to do so might result in re-stocking fee of up to 50% of the cost.

Q: Can I exchange a product I ordered?

Unfortunately we don’t process exchanges as it complicates the whole process. If you don’t like what you bought, simply return it and we will be happy to refund so that you may purchase another item.
